I will start off 1) Black Bean Soup and Rice in Skyline Chili www.skylinechili.com (if you are into hot dogs and chili -- this is the place). 2) Veg Chili at Bens Chili Bowl www.benschilibowl.com (Owned by a Trinidad Indian). All the big guns incluiding Obama -- relish this. If you are into red meat -- this place is heaven for you.
