How can harrassment of homosexuals ever cease if the people highest up in their country don't even give them a fair go? I wonder what those *******s will make of this story? that's nothing but a political strategy to garner more support from the conservative ultra christian southern fan base.... a lot of these republican a holes are probably closet homo Regarding the suicide, I really hope that a**hole fob Ravi gets a long jail sentence...his apparent attempt at being "cool" failed miserably...

The poor girl who was filmed giving a BJ to her boyfriend talking dirty had a terrible time. I heard her family relocated to some unknown place. Cant remember if that idiot boy friend was punished or not, but he probably got away with much less than what he deserved. I think it's time to be strict with juvenile crimes and punishment. The courts are usually lenient with them, but that freedom has been exploited a lot by the teenagers. Certain crimes that are popular in this age bracket needs to be strictly dealt with. Bullying (ragging), invasion of privacy, public indecency, drug dealing, prostitution etc are becoming too common for these young guys and when they are caught they invariably get away with minimal punishment. It's setting the wrong precedents.

I had talked to my roommate that afternoon and he had said it would be fine w/him. I checked his twitter today. he tweeted that I was using the room (which is obnoxious enough), AND that he went into somebody else's room and remotely turned on his webcam and saw me making out with a guy. given the angle of the webcam I can be confident that that was all he could have seen. so my question is what next? I could just be more careful next time...make sure to turn the cam away... buttt... I'm kinda pissed at him (rightfully so I think, no?) and idk...if I could...it would be nice to get him in trouble but idk if I have enough to get him in trouble, i mean...he never saw anything pornographic...he never recorded anything... I feel like the only thing the school might do is find me another roommate, probably with me moving out...and i'd probably just end up with somebody worse than him....I mean aside from being an ******* from time to time, he's a pretty decent roommate... the other thing is I that don't wanna report him and then end up with nothing happening except him getting pissed at me.... Well if they are blocking it because they are scared of losing support it's total BS. Hopefully they'll start to realise that their homophobic attitudes are ruining lives.

And the news implies the victim was a gay but did not want to a gay. That is really confusing to be frank. This is invasion of privacy and nothing else. Dont see any hate crime from the above article to be frank. Its a hate crime because that ******* wouldnt have clicked those pics and made fun of him if he was having straight sex
