All hail the Butt. His end is near and he needs to throw as much dirt as possible on equally incompetent ICC. :--D

Ijazz Butt and ICC. Don't play innocent as world knows ICC is equally corrupt. -dollar$ is what ICC is all about.
If P@aki cricketers have been caught on video to have been corrupt and if Ijazz Butt has shown the whole world what a joker he is, ofc everyone including the ICC, BCCI, CA, ECB, ... must be corrupt and jokers as well. Who cares about providing evidence or citing specific examples. They are all in it for the $$$$, hence are all corrupt. Now that is Lahori Logic at work :hehe:

hahaha you gotta be kidding me! You have actually saved up that link/thread? Desperation of highest order it seems. :winky: What about the one where I said I have been to Mars and Saturn?
Hahaha....there is no conspiracy theory about saving posts. All posts get saved and you can use the search feature available at : http://www.indiancricketfans.com/search.php where you can key in your user name Pak_Forever in the username field (you actually don't even have to do that completely as a drop down menu pulls up after the first 3 letters). Then type 'Harvard' as the keyword of your search, removing the ' ', and presto you will get the 'saved' results. I just thought I'll explain all this logically to you since you are from Harvard. Let me know if you want to understand how the search engine matches strings and patterns.

PCB chairman Ijaz Butt did a U-turn and said he never accused the England team of match-fixing. Butt said he was just referring to the information received from bookies relating to the one-dayer between England and Pakistan at the Oval on Friday. "I have never said this. If you listen to the full tape of the NDTV interview, the bookies are saying this. I am not saying this," Butt told BBC Radio Five Live. The Pakistan Cricket Board chief said the five-match ODI series should continue despite all the latest controversy which erupted after England lost their third ODI in Oval. "If they (the England and Wales Cricket Board) want to scrap it they can scrap it, we will go ahead with it," Butt said. The remaining two one-day matches are scheduled to be held at Lord's on Monday and Southampton on Wednesday. Butt stirred the hornet's nest when he pointed his finger towards the English cricketers for their role in the batting collapse that cost England the ODI at The Oval. "There is loud and clear talk in the bookies circle that some English players were paid enormous amounts of money to lose the match," he had said. "No wonder there was a total collapse of the English side. We won the match and we are under suspicion. England lost, their players should be investigated," he said. Butt was unhappy with the latest fixing allegations against his team after the ICC launched a fresh investigation into claims by the 'Sun' newspaper that said bookmakers knew the details of Pakistan's innings during Friday's match which the visitors won by 23 runs. The ICC later said it was investigating the match as it had been provided creditable information by the newspaper that there was spot-fixing involved in the game. Butt remarks have not gone down well with the English cricketers and an infuriated England skipper Andrew Strauss threatened Butt with legal action. "We would like to express our surprise, dismay and outrage at the comments made by Mr Butt on Sunday," Strauss said in a statement. "We are deeply concerned and disappointed that our integrity as cricketers has been brought into question. We refute these allegations completely and will be working closely with the ECB to explore all legal options open to us”.

Lol, as expected Wajid Shameless Husain of Pakistan's High Commission of Stupidity and Spot fixing finds no problem with Ijaz Butt's insane whining. In most countries the clinically insane are institutionalized and committed to mental hospitals. In Pakistan they become political figures, high commissioners, and cricket board members.

Why is Ijaz Butt talking to bookies? Can someone please explain why Ijaz Butt has been talking with illegal bookmakers anyway? Surely a man in his position would be wise to stay as far clear from the bookies as possible. Either this guy is completely stupid or is guilty himself of something or is just a trouble maker. Possibly all three. Shame that he appears to represent a high office in Pakistan cricket. I am sure that England will be asking for hi resignation if he refuses to issue an apology. It is a shame that the Pakistanis have not already asked for this.

Now High Commissioner jumps into action

Hasan, however, sought to downplay Butt's comments. "Mr Butt made a very innocent argument," Hasan told BBC Radio 4's Today programme. "He said it's very strange that, when Pakistan loses a match, people describe it as spot-fixing or fixing of the match. When Pakistan win the match, the same allegations are levelled against it."
Where do they find these samples? http://www.cricinfo.com/england-v-pakistan-2010/content/current/story/478153.html

PCB chief Butt wants ICC CEO Lorgat sacked Opening a new front, Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Ijaz Butt on Tuesday demanded the sacking of International Cricket Council (ICC) chief executive officer Haroon Lorgat over his role in handling the match-fixing allegations. More... PCB chief Butt wants ICC CEO Lorgat sacked September 21, 2010 Opening a new front, Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Ijaz Butt on Tuesday demanded the sacking of International Cricket Council (ICC) chief executive officer Haroon Lorgat over his role in handling the match-fixing allegations. Butt's comment came after the PCB accused Lorgat of violating the ICC rules by launching an investigation into the third One-Day International between England and Pakistan at The Oval without taking the PCB into confidence. "It's terrible," Butt reacted when asked about the ICC's decision to investigate the third ODI. "With no proof, just got some material from the media. What's this, nonsense," he said. "He (Lorgat) is an employee of ICC. ICC in their meeting should consider sacking him (Lorgat). They should also investigate the English team. Go ahead and investigate both sides and see who is responsible," Butt added. As per the ICC rules, Lorgat should have informed both the boards before taking any decision on the spot-fixing allegations levelled by a British newspaper The Sun against the Pakistani team. But the ICC CEO, instead of consulting the two boards, issued a statement to the media. Continuing his flip-flops, Butt had on Monday said that he was in no mood to back down from his strong statements against the ECB and ICC on spot-fixing allegations against his team. The statement came after Butt did a U-turn where he said that he never accused the England team of match-fixing, barely a day after suggesting that English players had thrown the Oval ODI and that they should be investigated by the ICC.

Utla chor kotwal ko daate? This is hilarious. Rather than keeping shut about his own mistakes, he has the nerve to blame others... that too he and his team themselves being at fault? Wow... what logic.
