CSK Fan Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 There was most likely an inside edge on that one. Look at Ojha's reaction when he shows the bat. Also, Billy gave the overthrows as runs instead of leg byes
CSK Fan Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 AND finally he showed he is a kiwi' date='anti-aussie[/quote'] He was just setting the Aussies up for big disappointment
rkt.india Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 BIlly bowden, Gould, and Asad Rauf are the kind of umpires who wont sometimes give a plumb LBW out, but suddenly their brain fart and they try to make amend and give a horrible decision of LBW from nowhere:hysterical:
Shane Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 In the end the KIWI Dev Anand missed the all important wicket of Ojha' date= such is UMPIRING :cantstop:
ravishingravi Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 I had my heart in my mouth when i saw the ball hitting the pads of Ojha..that was dead plumb and Billy OMG please give him the Bharath Ratna for that..i forgive him for all the previous wrong decisions against India just for this one decision :icflove: Yeah same here. Thought that game over.
King Tendulkar Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Oijha showed the bat to him(even though did not hit it). Bowden had flash backs to gambhir dissmissal and though it would be to obvious to cheat again! Bowden is a disgrace

achilles Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 He gave Gautam Gambhir out when he wasn't. He gave Ojha not out when he was. Cricket even's itself up.
kabira Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 ^wrong absolutely wrong. Ojha would have never batted had Gauti or even Ishant were there.
Clarke Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 He gave Gautam Gambhir out when he wasn't. He gave Ojha not out when he was. Cricket even's itself up. dude u hav the attention span of a T20 at best, please don't try and summarize test cricket again. u have no idea which side was wronged by the umpires.
achilles Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 dude u hav the attention span of a T20 at best' date=' please don't try and summarize test cricket again. u have no idea which side was wronged by the umpires.[/quote'] I'm telling what I read and a fact. ^wrong absolutely wrong. Ojha would have never batted had Gauti or even Ishant were there. Agreed. But then we would've missed out on a VVS special Fate has a funny way of getting the best out of you.
achilles Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 You guys are touching on the fact that Billy shouldn't have made the mistake in the first place. I'm saying that knowingly or unknowingly, he gave us one of the match of this year. Also, cricket catches up with umpires and players. I wouldn't be bothered too much. Gambhir will have a lot of decisions in his favour to make up for all the bad ones. This was such an awesome man. Can't wait to download the thing. If someone's got links, pls post them :D
Hindustani Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Time for UDRS as no one want to see undeserving team winning matches, UDRS though has some flaws but still, is better than what we are doing, which is nothing
Debutant Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 I cant understand why such love for Billy by my friends here. We wouldnt have come to Ojha if Billy would havnt made the Gambhir blunder. An opener for a no11 batsman.Thats not fair.
