Precambrian Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 yeah.. akash chopra also looked like a fool when he wrote how "mohali pitch is killing cricket" incricinfo on day 3 of the test...
Cricketics Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Best one for me was from Shane warne "Get Sachin out early, India win. if he get's 60/70 India win" Warney, Laxman mate.. Laxman http://twitter.com/warne888

Laxman http://twitter.com/warne888 I think everyone discarded Laxman because he was injured not because he was not good enough. I never thought he would play any role in this Test with bad back. Back injuries are painful. This guy took 3 shots and played through pain. Played superbly. He was not scratching around. I mean each pull shot would put more and more stress on your back.

Just to add to the thread, i wanted to post Warne's honest tweet. It's fun to follow his twitter actually.

Ram Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Sport is entertainment..and I don't think cricket played on these types of pitches provides that.. 3:17 AM Oct 3rd via Twitter for iPad .Tendulker helping himself.. Wickets are to flat in India.. Poor viewing... No contest between Bat and Ball.. Baasu in Eng : Avg of 62 MPV in Eng : Avg of 46 :hehe: Wont even bother about MPV in India ... :hysterical: Pwned! :cantstop:
CSK Fan Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 Shane Warne's been active on Twitter and has this to say about the play today: "How the hell can Hauritz bowl to this field ?? Feeling for Hauritz, terrible !! What are these tactics ? Sorry Ricky but what are you doing."
