Guest Gunner Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 mukund deserves a place in the squad. the guy is in good form, scored lots of runs on 'a' tour of england and australia and he has a habit of converting starts into huge scores. i think he might be better than vijay. rahane is a better player, but i have no problem with mukund being selected. zonal bias no longer exists in indian cricket, its all about merit now Absolutely, I agree with you that mukund is clearly the better player by miles.

vvvslaxman Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Rahane will get him chance. Fine test prospect. I rate him ahead of Pujara.

flamy Posted October 8, 2010 Author Posted October 8, 2010 Ya, I thought Rahane had gone off the radar, but just checked the BPXI scorecard. But regionalism is well and alive in Sreekanth's very own tea party.
Guest Gunner Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 ^^ Yes I wonder who has been fiddling with finey err I mean finey's posts.

But regionalism is well and alive in Sreekanth's very own tea party. What would you call the selection of Dodda Ganesh and Noel XYZ then? Clearly justice has been done and the more deserving candidate aka mukund has been selected. But hey would you like some cheese with your whine?

In that context its all but clear to see that Mukund is the right choice.

Guest Gunner Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 I respectfully disagree. Tits can be very blinding. Well be that as it may, I can assure you that Mukund has not been selected for his blinding tits proven by the fact that Srikkanth is not currently blind. :haha:
