Recently I tried several brands by the way --> chocolatesq.jpg 1. Scharffen Berger (41% Cacao) from Berkeley, California 2. Vintage Plantations (38% milk) from Ecuador 3. New Tree Tranquility (Lavender) from Belgium 4. Lindlt Excellence from France 5. Valrhona Le Noir (56% Cacao) from France 6. Green & Blacks (Organic 34% Cocoa) from UK 7. Ithaca Art Bar (Organic) Swiss 8. Perugina from Italy 9. Newman's Own (Organic) from Aptos, California 10. Endangered Species (52% Cocoa) from Indianapolis, US 11. Theo (91% Cacao) from Venezuela 12. Equal Exchange (Organic 38% cacao) Swiss choc, cocoa from Peru I forgot which one I liked best. Now I will have to try all of them again and find the elusive one. :--D
