Cricketics Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 so $20 for Dish Hindi Mega Pack' date=' matlab IPTV mein bhi jhol..solid hain boss[/quote'] HINDI mega pack though is worth it for a family who watches lot of hindi stuff seriously. It has all news channels and stuff along with our very own willow cricket which is going to telecast indjia tour of saf and also ashes.
Rajiv Posted October 27, 2010 Author Posted October 27, 2010 yes, my mother has 2 recievers, ek pe record, ek pe live..father has own for his news..and Pak new channels ( comedy )
The Outsider Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Great find, Rajiv. Not a fan of the other channels, but will definitely take Willow for the months in which there are matches in the specified countries.
Laaloo Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 I pay 47 bucks for Zee and Sony and some local channels to Dish  I think Ima try that Jadoo tv ****
Rajiv Posted October 27, 2010 Author Posted October 27, 2010 Great find, Rajiv. Not a fan of the other channels, but will definitely take Willow for the months in which there are matches in the specified countries. Wifey? waise not bad for news, Sony pe KBC
The Outsider Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Wifey? waise not bad for news' date=' Sony pe KBC[/quote'] I might still watch them occasionally for comical value, but wifey would go into the adjacent room. :giggle: I don't mind NDTV. They have their BS moments but given the other choices are half decent. But they are already available online. Willow for $20 sounds good during the winter months - Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand are going to have their home seasons then. That's a decent amount of high quality cricket, specially with India-South Africa and Ashes this year and India in Australia next year.
donkey Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 roti rands :rotfl: My parents are also crazy for these roti rands...When the receiver went bad for a week, my dad stole my computer to watch those roti rands every night.. I am paying 34.99 + tax + bullshit charges every month for Zee + Sony + Star Plus unless you are living in a condo/apartment its a crime to pay for your cable :finger:

I have doubts about India tour of Aus being shown on Willow. I don't think they are covering every Australian home series. I don't see Sri Lanka tour of Australia in the current listing.
Rajiv Posted October 28, 2010 Author Posted October 28, 2010 by that time, we will have ATN Neo Cricket
Cricketics Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 arey canada choro yaar USA ke baat karo naa.. hopefully here also we will get neo cricket and stuff.
Rajiv Posted October 28, 2010 Author Posted October 28, 2010 ..i m sure it will come there, but no news yet
Cricketics Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 BTW, just updating that willow cricket is showing Aus vs SL series. next in line up they have Ashes India tour of Aus Pak tour of NZ Eng tour of Aus again (t20 and 7 odis in feb)
Rajiv Posted November 3, 2010 Author Posted November 3, 2010 Here's the fulll Schedule http://www.dishnetwork.com/packages/ppv/sports/cricket/default.aspx
Cricketics Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 Also, the telecast is coming from Star Cricket. It even had it's logo. Exact same telecast. All Indian ads, even star cricket ads were being shown. I wish they can bring the whole channel here
Rajiv Posted November 3, 2010 Author Posted November 3, 2010 CBN was funnier CBN on Top of Willow Cricket, which was on Top of Star
Cricketics Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 CBN always does that. The worst they did was i think couple of years back when saf and pak were playing a test series and they had tv telecast which was worse that an online pathetic stream. It was lagging all the time and the quality was just crap.

Cricketics Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 I know but hey they give what customers want true that. Good price.. i think thats a good beneift which i don't mind. but i am happy whta is being given in states at this time. Though won't mind seeing neo and other good channels.
ludhianvi Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 Arey it costs $20 per month for **** load of Indian channels (20 or so). Now that my mom has a partner (my daadi) in watching these roti raands on different channels' date= it is totally worth it (..atleast for them :mad). But from cricket POV, so far this has been a dull deal as Willow has been repeating IPL matches but again as I said no series (RSA,ECB, NZ and CA) were going on.. so I guess it'll be worth a shot How do you get it for 20 dollars? Explain please :woot:
Guest Hiten. Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 How do you get it for 20 dollars? Explain please :woot: It's pretty self explanatory dude :dontknow:. You get the "cable guy" hook you up with the receiver that Rajiv is talking about and he's gonna bill you $20/month. If you want, I can find his contact info for you and let you know. I do know that he is some where in brampton :P
