mastana Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 A win from nowhere. What do you guys think about it?
ali0786 Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 Don't think it will. They will continue to win games here and there thanks to amazing performances like today. But until the board is cleaned up and right players are selected, nothing will change.
Cricket_Guru Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 it might influence the results of this series in pakistan favour, but for long term they need good players..... and a team work...not afridi and razzaq or gul brilliance
Shakthi Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 i can bet 1000 rupees on saffers that they will win the series pakistan no chance.
vvvslaxman Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 This Razzaq is dude is dud against quality spin bowling. Just before the match Pak fans were screaming for his head.
zen Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 Shows someone has to play really well from Pak side to win and that won't happen often A good knock by Razzaq though. He deserved to be on the winning side
CSK Fan Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 A win from nowhere. What do you guys think about it? For a team to be consitant it has to work as a team to win. You seem to think motivation and confidence is the issue with the current Pak team and a win such a this will motivate them. But the truth is, apart from a very few players like Gul, Akhtar, Razzaq, Afridi, the players are not even international standard and even these players are inconsitant In recent times, the rare matches Pak has won has been because of individual brilliance like Gul's 6-fer, Amir great bowling spell and now this. That is not the mark of a good team

A good team has consistent performers.
ravishingravi Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 It will give some self belief for sure. But they do lack severely in some quarters. Lately, they have won purely on individual brilliance of one or two players.
