S Sreesanth & I Sharma have been rubbish at Test Cricket in 2010

I Sharma Matches - 11 Wickets - 33 Bowling Average - 37.57 Bowling Strike Rate - 58.8 S Sreesanth Matches - 7 Wickets - 16 Bowling Average - 48.25 Bowling Strike Rate - 74.3 We need to get at least 2 good bowlers for Test Cricket. We cannot continue with these 2 in Test Cricket and expect Zaheer Khan to do the main work all the time. For how long will Zaheer Khan continue to cover these two's butts. I know Ishant is only 22 but he needs to be send to play domestic cricket for at least one season or couple of seasons.

Ishant got yet another 'no ball wicket' yesterday. (The letoff was not costly though). I really hope Eric Simons is doing everything he can to help with the no ball problems for both Ishant and Sreesanth. When Kallis got out, Steve Davis went for the no ball check, thank heavens it was ok. If that was a no ball, it would have been heartbreaking - especially after bowling the brute of a delivery.

Well they are the best we got as backup at the moment...Both Ishanth and Sree can produce these magical spells once in a while...They have the ability now they need a good guidance

There is little doubt that they have been nothing less than awful. We are too dependent on Zaheer and his fitness. The sad part is both of them have gradually regressed

Not taking anything away from this test performance Sreesanth is way too inconsistent and is a very bad bowler when he is not in rythum (happens most times) He leaks runs like a gutter and is a nightmare for captain to set fields for him. He has to learn to keep a tight leash when things are not working for him and keep probing at the batsman. Until that happens, he will always be a mercurial bowler (like pakis) with a once in a bluemoon sterling performance and rest are all rubbish. Ishant - tough to say, he has the talent but he hasn't justified after his initial exploits. He has got everything in his favour, good bowling action, height and an away going delivery. Against way too inconsistent with his line.

Ishant will then get a bagful of wickets and selectors will get him back to the Indian team. Domestic cricket is easy. Most domestic players don't set price on the wickets.

It was a close call and the line belongs to the umpire. The point is he bowls so many of those no-balls, that even the umpire may easily make a mistake the close calls. Best to use technology to 'bleep' on the no balls, will be far fewer mistakes. (Like they do for tennis foot faults)

YA that was the last series I saw him boiwling well,after that series he has been very disappointing and has been on a decline

And we do not even have better option for the Cape Town Test. He may well bowl like the way he did in the first two tests and hamper our chances.
