For eg, Dindigul, Madurai, Aambur, hyderabad, vijayanagar are famous for briyanis but all have distinctly different taste. The list of dishes in south is just endless. In North, there is this one masala. You put paneer it becomes paneer masala, put aloo it becomes aloo masala, put chicken and pepper sause it becomes pepper chicken masala. No herbs, no spices, no difference in the way they cook. Basically [insert anything here] masala. And these Rotis , kulchas and naans. Worst food, only next to pizza. They say these are better than dosas. u ve literally more than 100 varieties of dosa.
