Murali Vijay just "baseballed" tait into oblivion. It was such a sorry sight that a promising fast bowler was getting cowlashed all over. Worse was how Brett Lee was manhandled by Robin Uthappa. These are kind of tracks where you can just close your eyes and hit through the line. Variation is the key. Raw pace will do zilch on pitches like Bangalore, Chennai. Ofcourse in a real knock out match scenario pressure factor will come into play. I think this is where they will miss the services of Bollinger who was quiet nippy on Indian pitches.

Atleast in this tournament so far Brett Lee has looked unplayable at times....These guys might go for runs , but when a team is chasing 300+ ,wickets in hand are the key....A 20 over game maybe but it is impossible to smash these guys consistently for 50 overs especially in a chase.There is always a high chance with these guys that they might just be one magic ball/spell away from applying pressure right back on the chasing team. I agree on Bollinger though,he would have added more variation to the attack.I guess Harris would have been a tough customer too...
