I thought only Akhtar and Tai had been clocked at 100MPH.The highest i knew Lee clocked was 99.9 in WC 2003.But it seems he bowled 161ks(100MPH) in NZ,here is the video. [ame=

Look at how far behind the keeper is standing and ball is flying...that is what I was saying in Varun Aaron Thread..In Vijay Hazaare trophy final...the keeper was standing just about as far behind as Gilchrist is standing in this match on the bowling of Varun Aaron...though bowl was not flying as much as in this match because of slow and low surface but still keeper got few balls at shoulder height and low bounce deliveries were carrying as well...that amazed me..if people can see it and think wicket keeper won't stand 20-25 yards behind the stumps if a bowler is bowling only high 130s..Sreeshanth bowls high 130s if we compare him to Aaron we will get the difference...

160k delivery was a wide Pace and accuracy are inversely proportional McGrath average 21.98 :hail:
Lee's average ain't bad either 23.10, do we have any phaaast bowlers averaging under 25? :D Even Taity who is so inconsistent with line averages 22.61 :hail: :hail: McGrath is in a different league, once in a generation bowler.

Yeah he averaged 22 because he either had Gillespie or Lee at the other end who had pace and rattled the batsmen.

@watson it was a combination that was so successful...Not everyone can be a mcgrath and not everyone can be a lee...Both are superb fast bowlers

We don't have any phaaast bowlers to start off with so nope, no comparisons
