He could have done a better job there.[/quote'] You can't do much if your batsmen and lower order are not even good enough to block out a few balls. Even the likes of Harbhajan, Zaheer and Nehra got out trying to play the shots than simply get a single or remain at the crease and support Dhoni. Dhoni wanted to last the full 50 overs and get as many as possible doing so. Another 8-10 runs would have made the difference but our lower and middle order lacked common sense.

At least that way he can get the ball outside the 30-yard circle, even for a catch.

Batsmen messed it up .... True ....267/1 and 296 all out ..... U can't blame bowlers for this ... they should have got atleat 350 to defend in a place like Nagpur

dunno what is Dhoni talking about?if he wanted to ensure we bat 50 overs?why send Yusuf up?hes obviously gonna try to hit every ball,especially in PPs.then Yuvraj's was a bad shot but Dhoni was at oother end,he'd told Yuvi exactly whats needed,one batsman had to go.it was his batting with the tail that was confusing,dunno what he was trying by repeatedly giving them strike,obviously they r gonna go for thier shots when Dhoni isnt,there was not a hint of aggression from Dhoni,so blaming them isnt on too
