..now thats called Celebration: I'd prefer this over a lungi-clad applaud
That was unnecessary.

Sorry Mumbai walas are nuts but the celebration looks good

Nah, you didn't get it. The Mumbai celebration was awesome, I just felt that downgrading another city at the same time was not necessary to praise Mumbai. This comment has echoes in another thread where some idiot said some pretty nasty things about the Mumbai crowd and praised chennai. As far as Lungie goes, it's chennai as far as I know. :dontknow:

:hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: I must admit that 33K people roaring was just phenomenal. They ave our team the confidence needed to win.

Lol, those firecrackers went off even before the six landed in the crowd! :hysterical: Great scenes though. This is the EXACT reason why we have professional sport - to give people a distraction from the rigors of everyday life, give them an opportunity to come together, irrespective of caste, creed, color or status and bask in the success of the team. On April 2, 2011, that victory belonged to EVERY Indian cricket fan and not just a select few Individuals. :hail:
