Thats a common saying in hindi, - jab bura waqt aata hai, to oont(camel) pe chade bande ko bi kuta kaat jata hai. Meaning- when you r going through a rough phase, then even an impossible non-sense can happen to you, like you can be bitten by a dog while riding a camel.
