Wear "blue shades" when surfing ICF. 2.?? 3. profit. seriously - if you are using CRT - buy anti-glare specs... your eyes will thank you. normal TFT/laptop - try reducing the brightness (and contrast) to the level where it start looking like off-white.. it helps immensely for other high color schemes too.
