There has been huge uproar all these years in Delhi for massive power cuts. Punjab has surplus power if I am correct. They sell it to Delhi and North Indian states and maybe they would be selling to Pakistan as they only can afford to do so as the border is near and so transmission costs would not be that highest. One good idea is to build a lot of dams on the rivers going to Pakistan through Punjab and Kashmir and then sell electricity produced from those rivers to Pakistan. There would not be environmentalists complaining about the dam construction too as Pakistan would be effected in that case rather than India. :giggle:

How much of these Rs.25 will actually be used for the purpose is the question though.
