stumps are too loosely fitted i guess. good for t20 stuff. perera is not fast enough to uproot them like that.

Who is this SR Patel? 101 in 141 balls....pretty good.

Samit Patel. He would have been in England's ODI team in place of Yardy/Colly if he wasn't fat. He played under KP in 2008. He took 5 wickers against SA in that ODI series and bowled pretty well. Also played when we beat England 5-0 before 26/11. No major performances with the bat.

the english selectors are trying to compete with bcci.apparently bopara will make the team because he turned down an ipl offer and Morgan didnt (even though he got the ECB's permission to play in the IPL)

It seems like english bowlers are reliant on cloudy as always....got hammered today especially by dilly....the entire england bowling unit is weather dependent hopeless on sunny days even on a green top.
