Ram Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 I did not see the whole game. But read somewhere that the refs call cost the mavs. Any idea about this ? Well, I saw the whole game and nothing of the sort you mentioned happened.
Brainfade Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 Well' date=' I saw the whole game and nothing of the sort you mentioned happened.[/quote'] They're talking about the buzzer-beater 3-pointer at the end of the 1st quarter. It was supposedly a back-court violation by Chalmers. Just the media trying to stir things up a bit.
Zelig Posted June 6, 2011 Posted June 6, 2011 The refs made a couple of poor calls in the second quarter, but Mavs have only themselves to blame. Those two turnovers in the final seconds cost them dearly. Barea, Terry, Peja step up men :hitler:

Cricketics Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 I hope Dirk Nowitzki plays his best game tonight. Hopefully it will be 2-2 tonigt. 3rd game was brilliant.
Ram Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 From Dallas' perspective, the guys who are delivering rIght now, are pretty much doing what they can do - Dirk is getting 30 pts and scoring 10 in the 4th quarter, Marion is scoring 12-15 pts, Kidd is scoring 10 pts and 8 assists, Chandler is getting 12-15 rebounds and 6-8 points. But if they have to overcome Miami, they really need JJ barea and Stojakavic to deliver. Barea has gotten a lot of open looks, the very same looks that he capitalized on to kill the lakers, but has failed to convert on them. Peja has done almost nothing at all this entire series. Offensively, he has barely hit a 3 at all, even though, much like Barea, he too has gotten a lot of open looks. Defensively, his guarding of Bosh has been a joke. Bosh has been able to blow past him like as though there was nobody there. Let's not forget - Dallas got Peja in an expensive mid-season trade (at $15 mn/year, he is one of the highest paid NBA players in the league) exactly for this, that he would deliver them some huge points come playoffs time. But that hasn't happened so far.
Cricketics Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Even stevens after first half 47-45 to Miami. Lot of physical play there
Cricketics Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Come Lets Goo.. 79-78 Come On Nowitzki And Man.. Seal This And Make It 2-2
Cricketics Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 2 point lead.. 4:36 left.. come on mavs.. seal this man
