What do you mean by domestic? IPL teams themselves are not domestic. All the top performers in these teams are actually international. That said, this CSK team can probably beat an Indian XI T20, if you take away those playing for CSK. :winky:
It's still considered a domestic team. IPL is a domestic tourney and all the teams are considered domestic. This is similar to county cricket where the county teams are England's domestic teams even though they may have a few overseas player and same goes for Aus teams for KFC bash, or NZ or SA domestic teams who sometimes have a couple of intl players. Simply having a few foreign/intl players will not make a team "international".

So in that sense, it is more than domestic and closer to international than the others you have mentioned.
