don_corleone840 Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 CSK has everything a team needs to be a champion.They have great batting lne up,good allrounders,good spinners,great captain,good fast bowlers and good fielders.I dont think any international or club side can compete with csk on long term.

They have played one match more than MI and still have the same number of points. Also look at how many matches CSK has lost and how many MI has. MI still continues to be the best team of this season so far.

Ram Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 CSK are the most fundamentally sound T20 side, with almost all of the critical pieces required to make a successful T20 unit- Opening batsmen who not only attack, but also have the technique to withstand burst of high quality fast bowling (which is really important when the ball is doing something and opposition quicks come charging in knowing they have to bowl only 4 overs), Dynamic and flexible middle, power packed lower order, 2 high quality spinners, a wicket-keeping all-rounder, 90 mph quick, a solid fielding side and above all, a captain with ice flowing in veins. On a given day, given the vagaries of sport, they could potentially be beaten by anybody, but I'd back them to win a 7 game T20 series over any other side in the world.
