2005 team- Trescothick (30), Strauss (28), Vaughan (31), Bell (23), KP (25), Collingwood (29), Flintoff (28), Geriant Jones (29), Giles (32), Hoggard (29), Harmison (27), Simon Jones (27) 2011 team - Strauss (34), Cook(26), Trott (30), KP (31), Bell (29), Morgan (25), Prior (29), Swann (32), Broad (25), Tremlett (30), Anderson (29) So the 2011 team has 5 30+ players, 2005 unit had just 3 of them. Average agewise the 2011 team is elder than the 2005 team. Wonder why Botham is giving age as an excuse. 1-2 series losses and Strauss will be booted out too like Vaughan was. Some injuries are bound to happen. Maybe Botham's dream is not going to run for long.
+1, was quite surprised with that, makes Botham look like even a bigger idiot.

As Amitabh said in Muqaddar Ka Sikandar "Pehle Sikandar se to Nipat Phir J.D. ki Soch" Similarly our challenge to Sir Idiot Bottom is "Pehle Srilanka se to Nipat Phir India ki Soch":--D

If you can prove that they did' date='i would be more than happy to accept.[/quote'] Wheteher they did or not, but during my childhood Imran and co allways used to beat us. They filled my heart with grief, that too repeatedly :(( . I hoped but never believed that tables will turn so much :yay:

I used to despise them when they played India but could care less now.

I hoped but never believed that tables will turn so much :yay:[/quote'] The way their umpiring was and their ball tampering was i am not even going to worry about those results. Bossbhai posted an excerpt from a book about that Pakistan series. I am not going to give credit to those buggers. In 1978 we won 2-0 in India. In 1983 They won 3-0 in Pakistan. Then few draws. Then they won 1-0 in India. It was sad India lost the last test by 17 runs after playing well for 4 tests. This is one test India should have won. Pakistan players were clueless against Roger Binny. http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/engine/current/match/63453.html
