Sooda Posted June 15, 2011 Author Posted June 15, 2011 Bananas are an awesome fruit simply for sheer convenience. No cutting etc etc required. taste nice and good energy. The most over rated fruit is the kiwi. I mean has anyone ever had a sweet Kiwi :hmmm: add to that the jhanjhat of having to peel and cut etc.

I love black ones more than green, it catches my throat badly the green ones that is Litchis and cherries are ok. Plums can be woot-tastic. I think it is early days yet though in Plumville. Well, big round,red, juicy and delicious plums are definitely woot-tastic at least for me. Yknow Ive stocked up on fruit at work to avoid snacking on chocolate and crisps (which i used to loads) and im doing ok :two_thumbs_up:.. not quite a 'fruit diet' ..but healthy snacking option
