Mahela jayawardene has 10,000 runs (almost). The day he makes the 10,000th run he would be the most undeserving batsmen to be in that elite list. I'm not a big fan of his, but you and I know 400 wickets is an achievement and deserves some credit. They weren't gifted wickets (well not all of them anyway) 11? people in test history have got 400

The question was 'who is the worst 400+ wicket bowler'. Simple. Harbhajan doesn't come up if you don't want him to. The fact is... he is the worst! Not saying he is a bad bowler (although I do think his current form is quite pathetic, but that is besides the point) but when simply answering the question, Harbhajan is the most logical choice as the worst bowler to have taken mroe than 400 wickets. That is ofc, IMO.

Just because Harbhajan has 400 wickets does not make him better than many players who have taken way less wickets. I can atleast rattle of 10-15 names with fewer wickets. Does he deserve credit. Yes. Does he also get the tag of worst 400 wicket bowler. Hell yes.

But you are free to think otherwise. But if you raise the barometer to 600 yes Kumble would be the worst bowler there. And if Harbhajan keeps playing for another 25 years, as he very well may be :winky: , he would surely displace Kumble as worst 600 bowlers, or Walsh as worst 500 wickets bowler

It is rather simple actually. You look at the names of 400 plus wickets bowler and you make an assessment of odd man out. Look up my example of Jayawardene for 10,000 runs club. It's like saying Jonty Rhodes is the worst cricketer to have taken over 100 catches.. Never heard anyone say that really so not sure what that means. But if you are insinuating about 100 plus catches in LOI I say Mahanama would beats Jonty Rhodes hands down as worst cricketer :--D
