He jogged for a fourth run to be sure, then clearly stuttered and realized his error midway through the pitch as Morgan held his ground and thought it best to slow down to a casual stroll in a brazen attempt to cheat. Bell is a f%cking cheat. The guy literally then ran towards the pavilion to escape the crime scene. You complete tosser! At the boundary he makes out Rauf called over. Bell is a f%cking liar. But no, he acted like a f%cking **** and a cheat. The Indians were made to feel they had done something wrong by the crowd, the members, and the opposition captain and coach. We got hoodwinked. I feel the way Indians are behaving is that they have given up the series, feel they are not at full strength - get it over with and try to snatch it back when Eng comes to India Meanwhile, BCCI and players are making their money, outsiders like shastri, naz and vaughan can fight it out. Totally agree but the overall performance of this team is even worse. Watching this is soul destroying - like being teleported back 20 years. A rudderless, gutless, leaderless team just aimlessly going through the motions - giving the impression that they would rather be somewhere else. We can all accept defeats but this pathetic performance is unacceptable. Have some pride, show some aggression and go down fighting. couldnt agree more. i was fuming because i was at the ground and could hear the (predictably) racist abuse being hurled at the team by stupid drunk people who dont even know the laws of cricket

Eng are good in Eng conditions but are frankly pathetic away from home - remember they lost to your team in the WI, yes the powerful WI, what was it 54 all out or something like that? Won't do anything in SA, Ind or SL. Never have, never will.

The point is that the cricketing fraternity decided that there are moments when the good of the game comes first and let's not allow the scorecard to distract us from good deeds. Yesterday was a f%cking avalanche of bad deeds. You live in the UK and must watch Sky. The embarrassment felt by the Sky crew for their fellow Englishmen's actions was palpable. We are good and proper English gentlemen, please let's not discuss why Strauss thought it right to approach the Indian dressing room. Let's not discuss Bell the cheater. Yeah well. This is perhaps the lowest low I've witnessed in cricket for a long time now. I'm almost quivering with rage as I write this, and it's mighty hard as a lover of the game to not seethe, yet choke, when I come to the realization we've been 'Punk'd'. That the match is literally Armageddon in slo-mo is only adding salt to our wounds. I just don't have the stomach to watch this God-forsaken travesty unfold. However, I just have a small tab open for Cricinfo, perhaps because there's a very small part of me that stays hoping against hope and remains so naive enough to believe that we can somehow tide through this nightmare. I'm not as much seeing red against the English team than I am when it comes to Dhoni's pathetic crowd-pleasing decision. I've had it with this 'spirit of the game' nonsense. It's a term that's best relegated to the junkyard because some idiots fail to realize this decision had absolutely nothing to do with the game; it had everything to do the sheer inability to have the ba**s to stand your ground, have the resilience to stick to what you believe is right, and not feel the desperate need to be 'liked' or 'lauded' for being a f**king upholder of Gandhian virtues. To be honest I did not even watch the incident itself to be able to comment..all I can say is Strauss trip to the Indian dressing room was clearly worthwhile as MSD agreed with him. I agree with Serani here, this is overshadowing far bigger cracks in our setup. There are bigger things to be far more pissed about. Namely the shoddy scheduling thats forced Kumar and Ishant to play 5 tests in six weeks. Albeit two of them they were a bit unfortunate to be bowling with one less bowler. The very poor preparation for this series that has meant we are without two key players and with other key players undercooked. Shoehorning test matches as thick as possible around the IPL. The list is a long one. The reason your apopleptic really is because we are getting smashed and for that the board is far more deserving of your ire.
