nsareen Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Indian players were subject to severe Abuse from fans in a restaurant, last night. Some people took the opportunity to APPLY SALT to the wounds of the indians. Sad time for Team India( Team IPL).
Rajiv Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 ..what the food wasn't spicy enough Let the whole story come out, let's see who is involved...sometimes these things are usually cooked up ( touche )
vamos_rafa Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 I got a copy of Sealed with a Six, a recollection of India's WC win, written by ESPN CI editors. It has an interview of Paddy Upton upfront. He has clearly mentioned that Indian team does well when they are wounded. Lets hope this really cheers them up. BTW, does it remind anyone of the Chak de india scene at McDonalds, when SRK finally says, niyat dhund raha tha Krsihna ji, wo aaj mujhe dikh gayi :--D
nsareen Posted August 4, 2011 Author Posted August 4, 2011 here's some more news on the same http://sports.ndtv.com/cricket/news/item/176627-team-india-faces-ire-of-fans-in-nottingham
pinkfreud Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 http://sports.ndtv.com/cricket/news/item/176627-team-india-faces-ire-of-fans-in-nottingham Anyway, a bit of egg on their faces would probably make our guys more determined to see themselves through the next 2 games.
NareshK Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Indian fans are some of the worst behaved fans in the world. Burning effigies of players on the street, burning down stadiums, stoning cricketers' houses, abusing players means nothing to them. On the other hand, they go overboard with praise when they achieve something like building temples and what not. Crazy ****ers.
achilles Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 The only thing Raina can play is the role of a gangsta
Cricket Tragic Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Reminds me of Nehra's epic quote the last time there was an incident with fans... If somebody is saying behind me that somebody tore my shirt then what can I say. I didn't even take any shirt to West Indies. I had taken only t-shirts.

WC2011INDIA Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Reminds me of Nehra's epic quote the last time there was an incident with fans... :cantstop:
achilles Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 Nehra found the best opportunity to crack a lame joke. I still remember how the News 24 people followed him from the airport, reached his building, took the lift up with him and even entered his home.... all live on tv.
Tiger80 Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 The only thing Raina can play is the role of a gangsta From which angle Raina look like a gangstar?:winky:
achilles Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 From which angle Raina look like a gangstar?:winky: He is the "Chhota Chattri" of the Indian team :isalute:
