They have poor customer service and notification to customers if the flights get cancelled. But these employees will never let AI to privatise.

Khalpat Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 ^^ Chaiwala transformed GSFC (Gujarat State Fertilizer Corporation ) from verge of closure to one of the most profit making PSU of the country just by focussing on technology upgradation, curtailing the expenses and improvement in management team. It seems country needs the chaiwala economics more than IITian economics.
