The core of their team are in their early to mid 20s and will carry on playing and improving. We could be seeing the start of a 80s West Indies or 90s OZ type domination. Begrudgingly :hatsoff:

Begrudgingly :hatsoff: Agreed. They bat deep, they have incredible pace bowling depth and Graeme Swann is a dangerous spinner against teams other than India. Much as I hate to say it, this is a cracking team.

Anderson finds it tough when there is nothing happenign with the ball. I don't see them dominating at all. They will struggle to beat SL in SL, and Pakistan in UAE.

It is quite simply, too depressing for me (no jokes, my mood plummets like a stone thrown from a multi-story, whenever i think about our Tour to England). I did not have great hopes of a series win going into this win, but even in my wildest dreams I never imagined that we will get thrashed like this, REPEATEDLY. This does not like a test series between 2 teams competing for the no.1 spot in the rankings, it looks more a demolition derby. Whether this is a temporary blip, or a sign of things to come, we will know soon enough. I know what you mean...I knew this was going to be a hard series, but I thought (laughably, in hindsight) that we would really grit it out and draw the series somehow. But the way we have been humiliated time after time in this series (and there is still more of this torture left) is something I never even contemplated.
