King Tendulkar Posted September 17, 2011 Author Posted September 17, 2011 Look out world we are gonna be back. Watch your back england we gonna get you!
Stuge Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 No1 is not important ,but the way they are playing is :((.Losing without a fight is more disheartening than anything else .Our bowling lacks teeth and bite.I won't go into the roots of it as it has been discussed billions of time on this forums . I'm more worried about the stubbornness of Dhoni .Let see if he can rebuilt our side like Ganguly did it for us before leaving the team .
Cricket Tragic Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Australia move to number 4 if they win this test I think.
wobblydoggy Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 England board woke up after decade or so of mediocrity that County Cricket Dished out. They gave Fletcher full power to make necessary changes. One of the big change he made was to reduce number of games they played. He was architect of central contract, so England players were more England player than County players. I wonder how many years of mediocrity it will take BCCI to do anything about making changes of managing our players well. Good post. The central contracts have made a difference and they have bought a far more organised and professional team Long may it be so
J P K Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 why did i read the title as "we will back as no 1 "patient"
Misu243 Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 Seriously though BOWLING is the only concern we have...we are fully equipped batting wise...only thing is that there should be separate bastmen for every format...Suresh Raina must never play test cricket again for example...but he is an EXCELLENT ODI/T20 player. We need to recruit some serious bowlers both fast and spin to be competitive again...
Trichromatic Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 I'll keep patience. Tell me who are our future bowlers for whom I have to keep patience. :hmmm:

Trichromatic Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 With a series loss in Australia, India might go below Australia at 4th place in test rankings. Then we will stand along with Pakistan, WI, NZ, SL in tests. It will be tougher to achieve anything once trio retire. I guess team will remain around 4th, 5th and 6th place in future.
Number Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 With a series loss in Australia' date=' India might go below Australia at 5th place in test rankings.[/quote'] so no entry in test championship next year. :yay: more time to recover for IPL and CL t20.
Trichromatic Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 so no entry in test championship next year. :yay: more time to recover for IPL and CL t20. I meant 4th place. Can't see SL going ahead of us before test championship.

veer Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 We can become good in sub-continent.. but not in abroad.. we had good bunch of players upto now.. but all of them are aging... dravid, srt, laxman, zak are almost done.. yuvi, veeru, bhajji should have taken the senority role by now.. but they are not dedicated or professional towards their profession.. they are taking it lightly.. and as a result, we are going to suffer.. Dhoni and raina are doing their best.. but they are not talented enough in to be the best in Test arena.. Dont wanna talk about Seamers.. its a shame that country like India has only one sport and stilll cant find one genuine pace bowler..

Good points veer And with IPL/CL/t20 throwing money around, you'll find dedication will decrease further
