During the aussie summer he was featured during a test match and he received the bat from Kookaburra and he was saying he wasn't game to use it in a match yet, he only started using it towards the end of the 2005 one dayers vs Pakistan and WI. Its even visible, so you can see quite clearly when he started using it.

Ricky's bat "visual" graphite presence was only known during this series. He very well may have been using it in a different form earlier or still using it ?? We all know how Australians have used "aluminum" bats before LOL :P !!! I think these "special bats" needs to be thanked for all these pull shots :) :)

Trichromatic Posted August 29, 2011 Posted August 29, 2011 You sound way too bitter Because graphite bats helped him to time the shot properly and ensured that ball hit middle of the bat. :P Raina should try graphite bats. He will become a beast against short balls then.
