there are quite a few bowlers who bowl at aarons pace even in county cricket , since ind bowlers are the slowest in the world so aaron stands out. but in any case in terms of pure pace i dont think eng bowlers have bowled that fast in this series most of it has been around 138kph mark with odd ball around 145 , we have seen much faster bowling than this in cricket , but the overall quality of the english bowling has been very good, as far as playing aaron in the 11 ,captain creaky fingers is all to happy to collect floaters from miss munni & vinni ,the last thing he needs is having to collect 140k stuff and end up missing the all important champions league trophy.
There are quite a few bowlers who bowl at aaron pace in india also but we do not select them.

Please tell me the names of those bowlers who bowl at Aaron's pace in county cricket. Nasser himself admitted in commentary there are not many coming up other th an who are playing. I give you the names who are out of the team and who have not played yet. Onions is slower than Aaron, Steve Fin is slower than Aaron, Shehzaad is slower than Aaron. These guys have played but are out of the team right now. Other than these three, there is Stuart Meaker only who I can remember bowls as quick as Aaron in county circuit and he is playing for England Lions already and can soon make it to England team. I don't see any other. Can you name any?

There is a pak origin bowler who is quick and. Has played for eng he is quick, problem is sky speed guns used generally clock so high that everybody is 140 ,but when english bowler go outside they are clocked slower.

chris jordan , matt coles, maurice chambers, steven crook ,will owen, david griffiths, matt dunn, mark footit, mark turner all these guys have clocked high 140s, there are others as well like amjad khan, sajid mahmood anyon etc
Amjad Khan and Saji Mahmood are failures and still not as quick, mainly 140s. James Anyon is around mid 130s. Mark Turner is high 130 to low 140s. Maurice Chambers is mid 130s, David Griffiths is around low 140s. but no one accept Stuart Meaker who has bowled 150K. They are mid 130s to low 140s at the most and Griffiths is fastest in them with what I have seen. I can only compare Stuart Meaker to Varun Aaron in terms of pace in above names you gave. I saw Joradn too, reasonably quick, but still not that quick, not 90 mph. Even Griffith is not 90 mph. Coles is just medium fast. Only Stuart Meaker is a 90 mph bowler right now in upcoming England bowlers. I have seen most of these bowlers you mentioned and only Griffiths and Turner are high 80s bowlers, not even 90 mph.

As I said you cannot trust sky speed guns used in county,a west indian fast bowler who bowled at 130km in international cricket was clocked at 150km and 145+ next series he was back to 130.i

My eye gun tells me 150 K + Also pretty much all wickets LBW or bowled. quick brah.
Yes..Meaker is certainly quick. bowls 87 to 92 mph consistently. Same speed which Aaron also has bowled in domestic cricket, though Aaron has less domestic experience.

FC record is a little better especially in last 1 year but he has played all his cricket on seaming and bouncy tracks in county cricket. Varun has very good one day domestic record.

meakers sr is much better than varun in first class ' date=' though you can say that conditions are much helpful for pacers in eng, but the real difference is how ind grooms its pacers compared to how eng /aus /sa groom theirs .[/quote'] most pacers in county have good SR.

Indian domestic bowlers bowl on Indian pitches.. County bowlers bowl on England pitches..It would be interesting to see how county bowlers fair on Indian pitches and Indian bowlers (ah well we have seen trundlers like PK, VK, Munna etc) on England pitches...

ishant and yadav are the only two bowlers who can match aarons pace ' date=' yadav hasnt got an extended run but other than that who else is there ?[/quote'] Dinda was clocked at 147 in ipl and in zim odis series clocked 145 and was same to yadav on ten speed guns.abu nechim ahmed also clocked 147 ,

Nechim can bowl quick too. I have not seen him putting full effort yet. He bowls with less conviction in IPL.

does he play every match at oval ,no away matches ? oval is indeed a good batting wicket but at least it has some bounce which a pace bowler can use but ind wickets can be even flatter.
But "Raw" pace bowlers are supposed to have an edge over other medium pacers on flat pitches. I am glad to be proven wrong. But we are expecting far too much from a rookie. We have been literally dying to take every single wicket in this series. We want wickets.. Hope he takes some when he plays.

There are two types of flat pitches ,one in eng,sa,aus where there is no seam movement but bounce is there and in india and pak where bounce is medium and no seam,no spin.
