Yeah, I tried to read rules, code of conduct and guidelines (for anti-doping and all that) during vacation. But I was very casual, so I might have missed even few pages. I didn't see that dismissal either.

Its been like this whenever Hayden had a verbal with anyone. They would say "Exchanging cooking recipes". Or when 2 players are having a serious go, they would say, "Seems like they are discussing dinner plans". I'm sure Dada said something so explicit that they couldn't tell the viewers what it was.

Umpires are free to give batsman not out unless players appeal. There is nothing wrong with that. Probably some fans find it offensive.

It otherwise looks like you are giving a different impression to the world about the umpire. ICC has been very strict regarding this in the past 5-6 years. I have seen umpires warn players on the field on the same. Even running towards the umpire and appealing is considered against the honor. It kind of goes against a Preamble of the MCC Spirit of Cricket Laws which says To dispute an umpire's decision by word, action or gesture.
