Beetle, isnt it unhealthy as well? The body weight wont be distributed evenly if the feet are in that position.

It is unhealthy but the benefits of looking hot far outweigh the pain. Once you get used to wearing heels ,it is surprising how well balanced one feels.Three years back I could run wearing high heels.....:((
