He gives good flight and beats the batsmen well.

I have to say, I did not watch the match. So, I am going by the scoreboard. I will be really happy if Yadav/Aaron are picked over Kumar... but I heard/read Aaron was just average.

Vinay 46 overs, 99 runs, 4 wickets, average 24.75, SR 69 Umesh 34 overs, 95 runs, 4 wickets, average 23.75, SR 51 So SR is the real difference on a flat and dead track. We would like to see him in England ODI series and then maybe in WI test series as well ahead of any other debutant.
