There are things which are needed to amended and there are new things to be added to the law. You can't run a country the way Indian government intends to. It's almost like a "ram rakha" state

It's almost like a "ram rakha" state It's more important to change mentality of citizens than the rules. Govt can have all types of rules and control over corruption. But that won't stop people to find loopholes if they want to earn extra money.

We are discussing about being a Superpower .None of the countries you have mentioned are superpower right now .If you want to compare ,compare it with US .

Anyway my point is almost all large MNC's of world are corrupt ,China grow dramatically despite being corrupt so corruption is not a such big hindrance if India want to become superpower.Corruption can be reduced but it can never be eliminated in capitalist economy.
