PC game computer ke cd drive mein daalke khela jaata hai. If on the CD cover you see any of these words "XBOX", "XBOX 360", "PLAYSTATION", "PLAYSTATION 2", "PLAYSTATION 3", "NINTENDO WII" then DO NOT buy the game. If it says "Games for Windows PC DVD" or "PC DVD ROM" then you can buy it.
