If I was coach I would choose the best players then channel that into success. It's only a matter of time before Sammy and Gibson beg Gayle, Sars and Taylor to comeback into the test team despite criticizing them before hand. Hardwork gets you no where in sport. The basic ingredients have to be there first which is why skills is superior. Direct contrast to Ishant saying itt's 70% fitness and 30% skill. Definitely the other way around but it's not a nice thing to admit in public. Lara is Lara because of his talent first and foremost. Oh and :finger:

Completely disagree. They all had talent but maximised it through hard work. To say the likes of Dravid, Chanderpaul and Kumble were not talented is wrong. Maybe you could say that for someone like Paul Collingwood.
