one still feels that he is being rushed back in early. but he was good. bowling 139-140 in later spells though he started at 135. you can see the potential there and always gives the feeling he can bowl faster. shami had a bad game though he still manages to pick wickets.
He does that to not spray the ball which is good thing. You do not want 145-150 but wayward, but 140 but reasonably accurate.

Pak posters' IQ : Junaid : Fastest : 140; Average : 143. Lethal Fast Bowler According to Cricinfo : Fastest : 138; Average : 132 Aaron : Fastest : 140; Average : 136 Pathetic Trundler According to speed Gun : Fastest : 146 (speed was shown for very few balls); Average : 140+ at least
Can you post a screen shot from cricinfo that shows fastest speed of 140 for junaid? Freakin blue babies makin things up :finger:

In the Lankan test series, Junaid was bowling 130 to 137 k for the most part Bhatti and the left handed guy were 133 to 139 k mostly. I did not watch Talha much , so won't comment. Their might have been a few quicker balls but mostly, this is what happened. Nobody bowled in the 140s

Yeah' date='it's important and needs to be discussed but not to the extent of decimal points![/quote'] That happens when the Pakistani trolls come in. Not otherwise. We normally discuss The pace range -- which is obviously the more important thing, not the odd quick ball. The fastest ball -- what a pacer is capable of and also a matter of academic interest. The average pace -- which is again important. The exact figures come in because people quote the speed gun readings shown on tv and in Cricinfo.
