ganeshran Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 why does Jaddu crumble so often under pressure situations? Sachin's 175 match Threw the ball like a madman and gave away 5 overthrows in the England tour (IIRC the match got tied) Ran horrendously and almost got run out in the England-India ODI series at home (got saved by keeper's mistake) Threw it away in today's match at a crucial juncture.
saneindian Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Harsh on him. Was in control after we were at 59/5, that partnership wth Rohit was great. The shot was on, went straight to the fielder.
Sir john Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Jaadu haterz stfu he is a team player always.
ganeshran Posted November 29, 2011 Author Posted November 29, 2011 Harsh on him. Was in control after we were at 59/5' date=' that partnership wth Rohit was great. The shot was on, went straight to the fielder.[/quote'] He played very well today for most of his innings. This is not a criticism of his cricketing abilities, but his tendency to crack under pressure.
Sachin=GOD Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Jaadu haterz stfu he is a team player always. who is Jaadu ?? also, your love for mediocrity is commendable :hatsoff:
J P K Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 jaddu has actually improved his batting under pressure but his bowling fails when he is under pressure
cowboysfan Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Dumb thread, complain about gg if.you want,he seems to be in a hurry to get back to his wife the entire tour.
Cricket Tragic Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Harsh on him. Was in control after we were at 59/5' date=' that partnership wth Rohit was great. The shot was on, went straight to the fielder.[/quote'] Agree with this.
saneindian Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 He played very well today for most of his innings. This is not a criticism of his cricketing abilities' date=' but his tendency to crack under pressure.[/quote'] Since his comeback, has had 3-4 crucial partnerships with MSD for the 6th wicket. Scored a 78 when we were 58/5 at Oval, batted with MSD to see us home at Mohali vs Eng when we needed 65 in 50 balls, even at Hyderabad vs Eng added quick runs with MSD in the death overs. He has returned back as a better player for sure.
King Tendulkar Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 He is only a kid. He will improve loads
phaedrus Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 He is only a kid. He will improve loads already has.
Number Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 I don't think it was pressure today. he just lost concentration and couldn't get his shot right. but good effort from him.
King Tendulkar Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 already has. exactly and like other youngies like rohit, ishant and kohli will improve more and more. enjoy the ride folks
Karan114 Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Harsh on him. Was in control after we were at 59/5' date=' that partnership wth Rohit was great. The shot was on, went straight to the fielder.[/quote'] Spot on
jusarrived Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 the only ones who failed today with the bat imo where Viru and Raina . When GG and Virat got out we where not exactly in trouble , Jadeja , Rohit and even ashwin did contribute even they should not have got out at that situation , without their help we would not have won this match .
Ultimate_Game Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Can't really fault Jaddu today - his performances have actually been better than Yusuf Pathan's.
BERGKAMP Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 what a retarded thread. without the rohit/jaddu partnership we would be 1-0 down. end of story.
The Dark Horse Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 exactly and like other youngies like rohit, ishant and kohli will improve more and more. enjoy the ride folks :--D
rkt.india Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 He played very well today for most of his innings. This is not a criticism of his cricketing abilities' date=' but his tendency to crack under pressure.[/quote'] But there was no pressure when he got out. They were cruising .
