chainsmoker1985 Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Wow... it would be good to see such a bowler in indian team....may be yadav and this guy can form a very good pace attack in the future.... He has played 4 India. You can watch his videos on youtube. Problem is his age. He started cricket late. In 1st season of IPL he was cranking 140k and in second season too. But in 3rd season he was off colour. In 4rth season, he showed some glimpses of his form and pace. Now this Ranji season, I saw him in 2-3 matches in stadium and on tv as well, he seems to have regained his lost form and pace. He was hurrying and make the hop all the UP batsmen who are very good batsmen. Point is if he believe that he can play for India then its good coz he can still play for India for about 4-5 years easily. But, if he has doubts in his mind then its all over for him. At this age, he just needs to go out there and give it all. He has all the attributes to be successful. Just stay focus.
chainsmoker1985 Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Shrikant Wagh' date=' left armer...[/quote'] There is Param Parmeshwaran as well who is rated very highly in domestic. He is also tall, swings at good pace. Hope he has come out of the trauma of 37 runs in an over from Chris Gayle
MCcricket Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Wagh is on a shorter side , bowls in low 120"s, I liked what I saw of P Parmeswaram, good action , tall, bowls in 140's, good release. He, Suyal, Anwar are our 3 best left armers in domestic cricket.

chainsmoker1985 Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Here is a pic of Prasanth Parameswaran

All are better than the current favorite Unadkat. Anwar is still raw..but the other two have some experience. Suyal is a bit short, but has good pace and variety. Wonder whch team is going to pick Parmeswaran this IPL.
ShebbySB Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Some promising & young quick bowlers are coming through for India Never ever India had so much Fast-bowling talents in history. There was none in the Domestic circuit but certainly they are coming in heaps.India doesn't have a culture of bowling fast but the bowlers who can bowl fast are getting the spotlight & it's easier to be selected in the Indian team when u have the pace.So young bowlers have realised the importance of bowling fast. This domestic season has shown us that we've lot of bowlers with good pace. The talents who have impressed are Ashok Dinda, Abu Nechim,Shami Ahmed,Manpreet Gony,Anwar Ahmed Khan,Parwinder Awana & Rahul Shukla.I had high hopes for Sudeep Tyagi but he has degraded a lot. He needs to work on his fitness & also beef up a bit.If he can regain his rhythm then he is the most skillfull bowler with pace in the country. We already have Umesh,Aaron & Ishant in the team who can bowl really fast. We've also seen that one can't be successful only with pace. But one can learn to swing the ball or the art of setting a batsman up but bowling quick is a natural talent that can't be taught.Anyway after a long time or probably for the 1st time in history we got quick bowlers at abundant.Good signs for India indeed now ge got to wait & see how they are nurtured by our nonfunctional board & the bowlers must also take care of their fitness to keep their body strong.Who knows we may see 4 Indian fast bowlers tormenting opponents on a fast, bouncy & green Indian track.
Old guy Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 shami ahmed ..this guy was so impressive today dont care wht those broken speed guns say he is clearly no tundler and the swing he got.. the consistency.. he has a good future
ShebbySB Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Those fecking speedguns of BCCI shouldn't be there. It's misleading.
Old guy Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Those fecking speedguns of BCCI shouldn't be there. It's misleading. well does not matter now he performed in finals .. so form now on selectors wont ignore him for long feel bad for nechim though.. gr8 opportunity missed by him
ShebbySB Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Dinda,Shami & Nechim all of them will get chance in the Zonal one dayers for sure.Dinda may get selected for the Asia cup squad for India.

Show_stopper Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Hopefully Dinda and AAron will make the Asia Cup squad. So Zak can get some much needed rest(hopefully he plays all ODIs this series) and maybe PK can also be 'rested'.
Number Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Dinda , I am sure will get a chance for Asia cup. What are his stats for this season ? Shami too looks good. East Zone bowling ..
nsareen Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 guys please post his video someone!!!! i want to see how he bowls, when everyone is raving abt him, i feel it wud be better if someone posted a video of his bowling !!!
saneindian Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 Dinda and Awana are the two names who look ready for international cricket. Dinda may get in for the Asia Cup and Awana will surely be a part of the India A side to WI. Shukla and Shami need to play more first class cricket. Gony has had an injury ridden career and is already 28+. BTW the number of wickets Sundhindra has taken this season, may also help him be a part of one of the ODI teams very soon given that BCCI secretary and the convener of selection committee Sanjay Jagdale is from the same state association, MPCA.
Old guy Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 guys please post his video someone!!!! i want to see how he bowls' date=' when everyone is raving abt him, i feel it wud be better if someone posted a video of his bowling !!![/quote'] it waso n stream today.. on bcci's website.. he bowled with good enough pace had good seam position and swung bal both ways (maybe does not have that much control over it since he is so young) but he was fairly accurate bowled perfectly for conditions given.. bowled fuller length and got reward 3-4 catches were dropped of him!
nsareen Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 i read someone saying he does not have a good action!! but when i read the Report on espncricinfo the author said his action is similar to Aaqib Javed!!!! Well if he is as good as him he should have a good action, what do you guys think abt his action, does he have a good strong physique ?
The Dark Horse Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 This is the umpteenth thread. Hope they are worth the hype.
