jhakati Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 yea' date=' it was unplayable for someone like kohli.[/quote'] :haha:
chainsmoker1985 Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Ashwin should be No.6. Problem solved. Actually , this is a very good solution cos then we can have Ashwin as an all-rounder, who is scoring as many runs as any No. 6 and a spinner as well and play an extra fast bowler at Perth
shinchan Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Why not lose 4-0 by playin both rohit & kohli together than loosing 4-0 with laxman & rohit/kohli??:hitler::hitler:
Lord Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Why not lose 4-0 by playin both rohit & kohli together than loosing 4-0 with laxman & rohit/kohli??:hitler::hitler: because extra 2 failures will destroy the confidence of whoever plays:P
Sachinism Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Ashwin should open the batting, looks more accomplished than most. Sehwag at 6
ganeshran Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Rohit will most probably get his chance at Perth. After enjoying the fruits of seeing his reputation jump as a result of not being in the team, lets see how he actually performs when given the chance I am not in favour of dropping Laxman. If selectors dont see a role for him in the team anymore, it would be much more dignified to ask him to retire after the series than abruptly dropping a player who has been instrumental in our most memorable wins.
bulbul Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 No more tweets from Rohit after 'Not a bad day' tweet
Lord Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Kohli should be dropped both for his performances n his behaviour.it'll teach him a lesson
tothepoint Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 Kohli got just unplayable delivery in the seond innings. It was literally unplayable as compared to other dismissals of VVS' date=' Sachin and Dhoni[/quote'] Pass on that stuff

Old guy Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I'd even have Pathan as my no.6 ahead of Nohit now its easy to say back then they almost dropped kohli cos of him :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Magneto Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 ya was cool guy.. :( just dissapeared and never posted again :(( Got badly scarred in the Pune/Punjab brawl :((
Old guy Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 Got badly scarred in the Pune/Punjab brawl :(( Awesome thread this was :--D ah the kittens vs pupies :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: and this thread shows how gr8 icf predictions normally are :hatsoff:
Old guy Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 kohli moves his front foot across the line and will have problems against inswingers. His technique doesn't allow him to play late where as rohit does have good time to play his strokes. Kohli will come good sooner or later but atm i feel rohit can contribute more. More than kohli's faliure it has got to do with our batting unit failing again and again. and rohit does not ? :giggle::giggle::giggle::giggle:
