special K Posted January 14, 2012 Author Posted January 14, 2012 Surely can't be an English or Aussie fan. As they don't support the other :P Must be a frustrated troll. Don't support Aus. Just realistic that the best test teams play the ashes.

I was eating toast as this happened. 20/20 world champions. Aussie haven't won it, guess who beat them. he he he Aussie's world cup specialists. England 20/20 specialists. Inida specialists at getting whitewashed by ashes teams.

Needforspeed Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 If Aussies and England are to be considered the best Test playing nations, they have to win series in the Sub-Continent and not just in familiar conditions.
special K Posted January 14, 2012 Author Posted January 14, 2012 england are also experts in one more thing :) losing fomr australia again n again this time it was a fluke i guess :P 24 years without a series win in Australia. It's taking an eternity for India.
special K Posted January 14, 2012 Author Posted January 14, 2012 If Aussies and England are to be considered the best Test playing nations' date=' they have to win series in the Sub-Continent and not just in familiar conditions.[/quote'] Even if they draw in subcontinent they're still better. Didn't get whitewashed away. England will win 3-0 away to India. Aus will draw 1-1. You've read it here first.
Mariyam Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Dunno what special k is gloating about? Even Ireland, Peru and Botswana have never lost a Test series to India at home. Big deal. At the end of the day, India = 2 times World Champions in the last 30 yrs. England = 0 World Cups in the last 5000 yrs. :hmmm:

Number Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 who used to use lame excuses like "we are football fan nation" not long ago.
special K Posted January 14, 2012 Author Posted January 14, 2012 Special K surely can't have watched cricket for very long. Is 15 years long enough? Yeah West Indies had a period in 70's/80's when they dominated. England struggled in the 90's. Now both teams are back to being the top and near the top for Aus. Apart from those three decades those two were the strongest teams. SA had a brief period in the late 60's but were blocked from playing cause of apartheid. So 130 years of test cricket and these two have been the top for a 100 of them.
