punjabi_khota Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Time for a couple of English players to get depressed and miss the great English food
zep1706 Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Time for a couple of English players to get depressed and miss the great English food Actually many of them will miss the South African food :haha:
Old guy Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Time for a couple of English players to get depressed and miss the great English food first one to go back umm bell or anderson :P
deathmonger Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Triple pair? Triple century. Triple pair by KP against Ojha. Man an Anderson with no swing and a Tremlett with no bounce against Sehwag. And when Sehwag gets out at 400/5 Dhoni will come and start helicoptering the ballers. :cantstop:
Utalk Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 It's funny how until this morning English fans didn't care about Ajmal chucking and who the neutrals support. Never seen one day change so much.

daryl1985 Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Triple pair? Sehwag has struggled abroad recently but he is an animal in the subcontinent. To everyone else, i would wait until the end of the series to mock England. They have time to come back and prove people wrong.
BERGKAMP Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 they got too over confident and cocky after destroying out pensioners/B team, and took a one way flight to cloud 9. sri lanka actually ran them really close in the series before india in the summer which showed they were really not that much better than all other sides. now they are facing a bumpy ride back to reality.
Old guy Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Ever seen so many indians support pak ? :P ever thought england will become no 1 ? strange things happen brah :haha:

Never seen one day change so much. Yeah that was pretty hilarious. I saw another point made by you in another thread about the ICC legalising chucking since they cleared Murali. I think Murali is a different case towards almost everyone else as he was double jointed and the tests he underwent were more strenuous than any one else. However, if the ICC has cleared Ajmal then that is good enough for me.

Expect the WI series, which isn't gonna give them many points anyway, they really do have a tough road ahead.
Utalk Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Ever seen so many indians support pak ? :P Yes bit of a surprise but you guys were going to have fun either way. I personally supported Ind in the past(ganguly era) against Aus because they were the only side who use to challenge them.

However' date=' if the ICC has cleared Ajmal then that is good enough for me.[/quote'] Thats a fair point but the only problem I have with Murali and Akhtar that I have seen them bowl properly. There was this game where murali bowled a leg break and it seemed fine with the naked eye. Akhtar use to bowl yorkers with legit action. His deliveries to Dravid and SRT at Eden Gardens were fine.
Magneto Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Sehwag has struggled abroad recently but he is an animal in the subcontinent. To everyone else, i would wait until the end of the series to mock England. They have time to come back and prove people wrong. Remember this golden rule in 'mocking' - Never miss the opportunity to mock someone when he's down. Because they don't have a valid response then. Even if they make a comeback later on, you've had your fun moments anyway.
