There was this game where murali bowled a leg break and it seemed fine with the naked eye. Akhtar use to bowl yorkers with legit action. His deliveries to Dravid and SRT at Eden Gardens were fine. Fair point, i saw that clip. Was Shoaib that much of a chucker? I didn't realise.

When NZ scored 262, I was jumping all over the place. And again, when Pakistan lost 4 quick wickets. And then Inzi Aloo came looking like he's just been out of bed and has been forced to play, and destroyed the Kiwis with his lazy elegance. The final later on hurt more because I was a big fan of Botham. :((

What are you saying? NZ tactics were a hot favourite then - Deepak Patel opening the bowling, and Mark Greatbatch stepping out and hitting the **** out of the West Indian maharathis. What a great fun team that was. On the other hand, Pakistan was losing everything at the group stages and would have been out of the tournament if their match against England would have not got rained out.

Not just that I supported them when they toured Eng last year. Not because I like them much, just the lesser of two evils :P itd be nice to get the media here to shut up
