Lurker Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 ...for finally showing some fight. Should be a solid tamacha for the buddha brigade and the chamchas who keep yapping on how the buddhas dont have replacement and should be played till the maiyat gets down in kabr. Highest partnership of the innings, 100 runs, and counting. Hopefully Kohli gets a good score here, noone has deserved it more than him. And kudos to Saha too. Go young brigade :--D
India-KXIP fan Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Great to see young players showing fight. But I hope they go on for bigger scores cause India have at times looked like developing a partnership in this series which would turn the game around but then gotten out. Crucial that they both make 100s.
Deleted_User_1 Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 only bright spot in this pathetic tour.....
IKnowU Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Meh they are not proving anything. They are just showing what we knew all along. That we need fresh blood.
bulbul Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Meh they are not proving anything. They are just showing what we knew all along. That we need fresh blood. Exactly.. also How poor this OZ attack in this Flat wicket i see we making 400+
Deleted_User_1 Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Exactly.. also How poor this OZ attack in this Flat wicket i see we making 400+ if we had rohit.......one more out and we are into the tail... it is a absolute disgrace that rohit was left hanging on this tour despite batsmen performing poorly. Only in India!!!
cybervickey Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Good going but the job isn't finished yet .
satishg Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Exactly.. also How poor this OZ attack in this Flat wicket i see we making 400+ lol everytime you say something positive something bad happens. Too bad the Indian team is not able to translate your optimism. On OP yes Kohli has got the confidence and he surely believes now that he belongs at the international level. You can see from the way the seniors play that they lack the confidence and free scoring ability.
Old guy Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Exactly.. also How poor this OZ attack in this Flat wicket i see we making 400+ this is where is meed out with :antijinx: ****Kkk!
Number Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 jinxed. :giggle: but , Good Fight by these 2.we need mentally strong youngsters to get us out of this mess we are in.
amiret Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 good innings from Saha in his last International Test match .
Stuge Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 good innings from Saha in his last International Test match . he will get one more chance to play :giggle::giggle:
rkt.india Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 only third 100 runs partnership for India in this series.
saneindian Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 good innings from Saha in his last International Test match . Key board warrior?:--D
Pagalpanti Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 If this doesn't make selectors realise the trio should retire, I don't know what will make them. 6 months before next test series, if India has success in ODI's, it'll all be forgotten and we'll see Dravid, Lax back playing tests.
kabira Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Great Going by these two. But again 30s and 40s won't help, Saha had to go for big one...youngster need to learn how to grind and even after grinding, do not give it away. That has been issue with Big 3, starts but no big ones.
asterix Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Saha won't get any chance in near future..He's to wait for Dhoni to retire...
Lurker Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 If this doesn't make selectors realise the trio should retire' date=' I don't know what will make them. 6 months before next test series, if India has success in ODI's, it'll all be forgotten and we'll see Dravid, Lax back playing tests.[/quote'] The selectors can do that because the cheerleaders masquerading(sp?) as Indian "fans" would be shouting from rooftops about how these budhaos need to play forever and how Sachin played a gallant innings at Perth 20 years ago and how Lax killed Australia single handedly in 2001. Agree with the fact that if an innings of this stature from Kohli is not enough to kick the budhaos out nothing ever will. Incidentally Virat is now the highest scorer from India in this series. Thats a lovely indicator of how things line up.
