Correct whoever would be opposition will always oppose any security or reforms be it Rafael deal, article 370, CAB, NRC. Politician fights like dogs just to prove point and not to let incumbent government take credits for any reforms. Chewtiya Rahul fought tooth and nails on rafael issue and it was highlighted in all national and international news. China was able to get s400 just after one year of deal done with Russia. Whereas it's been 8 years and we are still happy with one rafael.
