They need to pick the players according to the condition. A medium pace bowler at around 130 or less can still be effective with his swing and seam movement while a spinner will be useless with no turn whatsoever if he is not effective with variation of pace which Ashwin and Jaddu are lacking and Rahul Sharma is using so well.

They will be compensated through the additional amount which high bid players got. Like Jaddu got 2 million but his original bid was 950K, so additional 1 million or so will be distributed to the players who have got lower bids this time like Murli.
