We want them to fight in Test against aussies but not win!! Also, we all like to dream big buddy!! Thats human nature... Finally I know vvs hates bangladesh and that is fine, but we are a passionate bunch and there are no two ways abt it... Hey, as far as I know many Indian and Pakistani fans did support BD in this tourney.

Even in this series you take out Shakeb and Tamim there is virtually no consistent performer. It is another case of punching above the weight and feeling over-confident. This team has miles to go. Yeah, our #2 and #3 sucks + Sahadat Hossain. I don't why Imrul Kayes didn't start he is million times better than that idiot Nazimuddin. We need to find another Tamim or Shakib which should improve us a lot more.

I can safely say every cricket supporter would like Bangladesh to do well. mainly because of the passion you people have for the game. I was rooting for them for sure. It would have been a classic underdog story.

I know I have joined recently but I have been an observer for some time just to see what peoples opinions are and I have come across this type of comment few times before. We are not that disillusioned and we do not make our sportsman to be Gods. Even during the final BD fans were just happy to be in it and never took for granted PAKS skill. If we thought like that BD would have said yeah we beat india, india beat pak which must mean we can thrash Pak aswel!....BD fans in general have the best sense of reality when it comes to understanding potential of their team. I have never heard such statements from a BD fan. There's one things trying to rev yourself up by saying yes we going to win this and that but believing it 100% is a different story. I suggest you visit Bangladesh forum.

BCCI shouldn't give a cr@p about that. Let them report the pitch and let BCCI handle it. If a green as outfield pitch is "fair" cricket then so is a turning track. Also, if UAE tracks weren't reported where the ball was turning square fom ball 1 with Hafeez as the opening bowler, I doubt any Indian track can be reported either.

Forums are the home of fans for a particular team so you will find a lot of OTT comments just to lift everyone's mood. If you asked any of them to bet their house or car or even 1 days pay on the stuff they say on forums then you would see what they actually believe. You guys take forums too seriously :haha: How many BD fans have actually said these things to your faces??....same with indian/pak fans...I have never heard face to face from any of those fans the overconfidence I read on the forums. Face2face people are more genuine. Do not take the forum as a typical mindset of a set group of people.

Do you not remember the score?? it was like 60 something all out....expecting your national team to get more than that I do not think is showing you are overconfident or have high expectations! Are you saying no other indians apart from bengalis went to the semi-final being played in Kolkata?? '..India was the favourites for that tourney' does that mean they will win the game just because they were favourites? and does that jusitfy having a riot if they do not win? BD fans were not mad in WC that they lost to WI, it was the manner in which they lost! playing poor shots and not even offering a challenge. So it was not a case of OMG how could they lose to WI....it was more about how could they not manage to get a more respectable total playing at home?! anyways I do not want to go too off topic. I just wanted to say do not judge every fan by what you read on forums. Forums are light hearted and merely a place for competitive banter. Do not make forum comments to seem like more than they actually are.
