wobblydoggy Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 The batting will also prove itself once they face our bowling. You mean it will be easier because your current bowlers are c**p?
Old guy Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 You mean it will be easier because your current bowlers are c**p? yep :hysterical::hysterical: buti think it wont be that bad.. yadav ,zaheer (if fit) are really good for our conditions and ashwin if bowl turns can be hard to face.. even in australia when ir turned a bit he looked like a diff bowler just saying..

Old guy Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 I want to see Ishant and that pie chucking spinner who whines all the time:haha: which pie chucker? :hysterical: we have plenty be more precise :P :orderorder:
wobblydoggy Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 which pie chucker? :hysterical: we have plenty be more precise :P :orderorder: Harbijan

vamos_rafa Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 The thing is by time England arrive to India they could be number of 4 or even 5! :(( If they loose vs Loins 1-0 and loose to SA by margin of 2, I think they go below us and Australia:hysterical:. I still don't believe it we are no. 3 after being spanked 8-0:hysterical: How high did we reach in the first place! What if they are whitewashed in SL? Then what scoreline against SA would throw them off from the #1 ranings?
deathmonger Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 bowling will be prolly zaheer, umesh, ojha, ashwin. or - umesh + rahul far better than the one in england and very good on these pitches. these guys make herath and randiv look like world beaters. ashwin/ojha are better than those two.
deathmonger Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 What if they are whitewashed in SL? Then what scoreline against SA would throw them off from the #1 ranings? even if the next match is a draw sa become one. if england win next match they are tied for no 1.

I still don't believe it we are no. 3 after being spanked 8-0:hysterical: How high did we reach in the first place! We didn't lose as many points because we lost to higher ranked teams (relatively). for england the drop is steeper as they lost against lower ranked teams pakistan and sri lanka. so even if the next match is a draw they lose no 1. if they win next match they are tied for no 1 with saffers. either way sa becomes no 1 (alone or tied)
daryl1985 Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 I want to see Ishant and that pie chucking spinner who whines all the time:haha: Lol. If England are struggling against Herath, i can't see them doing too much better against Ojha.
Cricket Tragic Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 You mean it will be easier because your current bowlers are c**p? Yes. :((
saneindian Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 They are yet to be tested on a flat deck in Asia. I expect the next pitch in SL to be a dead pata and English bowling may have its challenge there. As it is, on their tour to India, most pitches will be flat pitches, nothing like what this English bowling attack has bowled on in UAE and Galle.
Pagalpanti Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 I want to see Ishant and that pie chucking spinner who whines all the time:haha: Seriously? Your guys even made Jadeja look like world beater. 0-4 since no.1 rank + sitting duck against spin and you're having a laugh at our bowling. :giggle:
adi B Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 How did SL prepare well for this series? They got off the plane and turned up at the ground. i was talking about pakistan :--D
tatters Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 England's bowling will be fine. It's the batting that will fail them as usual. You don't need to be a decent spinner to bowl them out. Even Ashwin will be fine. They just don't know how to play them.
